Are you checking it with both plugs out? How fast does it turn over? Are you making both a wet and dry test. To me the key would be how even is it? Lets say you should have 80-90 psi. You check it and one cylinder has 70 and the other one has almost 90. I would then make a cylinder leak down test and see where the leak was going. Questions?
