It is funny you say that! I was just telling the wife on the way back from looking at this thing that there were some pretty basic reasons engines do what they do and it could maybe be that it was starving for fuel...maybe clogged fuel injectors? Fella says he changed all the filters...AFTER it started losing power. Anyway, it was a gamble and it was $1500 but I am now the happy owner of an International TD-6 with an original IH/Bucyrus bullgrader on the front. Just got to get the juice back in it. Appreciate the help!
