If you look in some of the pictures on photobucket.com you can see we rented a Uhaul van and trailer. That is how we got the tractor er I mean the "Lumina" home (just in case any Uhaul employees are looking)lol. I do agree that the bigger trucks are safer although the Nissan was traveling faster and I believe he took a lot of the force. We just got hit twice, one from him and the other from the trailer. I am just thankful that everyone walked away basically from this wreck. My wife went to the hospital but was released a few hours after the wreck. I would guess that the driver of the Nissan was doing 70 mph or faster, I had slowed down to 55 due to the heavy rain and poor visibility. I hated to see that Suburban go. It rode well, got terrific gas mileage for a large vehicle, and was one of the best overall vehicles as far as exterior and drivetrain. I'm gonna miss her.
