Carberator adjustments

I recently obtained a Ferguson TO-35 (Continental Z134 Engine w/ Marvel-Schebler carb). I've never owned or worked with a tractor before. Any advice on how to properly adjust the "power" screw on my carb? I got the idle mix o.k., but can't figure out the power adjustment.
