My 240 was worthless in the snow with the Wagner loader mounted on the front. I found a guy who had a set of tracks that he took off an 8N and now I can go anywhere. Had to modify the brackets to fit my axles and turn the wheels dish out to clear th loader arms. I have the Blackhawk tracks with the rubber belting and a set of 21 inch wide ARPS with the steel links. Setup works great for plowing and discing also. That thing is like a little tank now.
