I would guess a 7 foot sickle bar mower would be the best compromise. Where you are drying hay cannot be a big problem so you could probably skip the mower conditioner experience. If you did anything to accelerate drying that amount of hay, maybe an old conditioner, crimper or tedder might help. If you're gonna bale it, the rake and baler come along after that.
