WD40 as starting fluid

Has anyone else noticed WD40 formula must have changed. I used to use it as a starting fluid on small engines and the tractor, but the last three cans I,ve bought won,t burn with a spark or even an open flame. Now I'll have to find another starting fluid-lubricant. Norm in N.B.
