This isn't much to go on, but MAY be a "lead": Is this a fairly light-weight valve that goes in-line as part of a steering "drag link"? If so, 92 and Super 92 combines (and likely late 90's, and 82's, etc) used such a valve. Their hydraulics were CLOSED-CENTER, and were by Bendix Eclipse. I will be in a neighboring town in the AM, and there is a former Massey dealer I know there, from that era, who MAY still have some old parts books around. I'll stop with the part number, and see if he has any of the old parts info still around.
