steering's a handful

I'm using an 800 series Ford with a good size loader on the front and would like to put on a bush hog. Thing is its not that easy to keep her on a tight coarse as is without the extra package on the back. Will the extra weight on the back offset and she'll steer better and I wont run over any thing important? Ideas
