Hey Cowman, With all the wind out there on the prarie how do you guys ever get any spraying done. This year in PA everytime i had to spray it was too windy. A few years ago i learned a lesson the hard way and I knew better but was too impatient. Had a nice field of sweet corn about 2 weeks up and I wanted to roundup the field next to it. Too windy, I knew it, too dumb, sprayed it any way. Guess what? One week later all ok, two weeks later "maybe it will grow out of it." three weeks later replant. Anyway maybe you or Allan or some other prarie farmers can tell me how you can get any spraying done w/o a lot of drift. I spray most of my insecticides and fungicides at night or evening when there is less wind.
