Fuel pump could be the problem, even though its new. It could be a victim of "infnat moratility" a term used to describe parts that fail early on in life. Here's the deal. Say Delphi makes 100 fuel pumps. Statistically, 1 or 2 of those are going to fail early in the life cycle. 95 or so are going to go the expected lifetime, and 1 or 2 will last extra long. You may have just happened to get one that failed early. Now, Delphi could avoid this be subjecting each and every pump to an exhaustive function test before they would ship it. But, its cheaper for them to box them up, send them out, and just refund the money for the 1 or 2 that fail early. Of course, it might not be the fuel pump at all, either. By the way, this is the yellow one, right? I saw those pictures--that's one sharp looking truck!

I did keep everything I replaced for the day I do want to restore her to showroom condition.
