Engine question...need opinion

Hi,
I have a friend who has a guy looking for a continental flathead 6 cyl engine to put in i believe a cletrac crawler. I have a flathead ford 6 cyl engine out of a 1952 ford F6 truck that i was wondering would work in it?? I had thought maybe it might work in the crawler but am not really sure. Can anyone give me advice??? I hate to have the guy come look at it if it wont work.
