I've got a Ford F-550 with 6.0 Power Smoke Diesel with a problem with the Deweze hydraulic engine driven pump..The pump has pushed out the pump shaft seal twice..Changed the pump and guess what?? You got it , pushed out that seal too..Pressures are set at 2200 psi..I can run the pressures up and down with the main relief valve adjustment .I've blown air through all the hoses looking for a collapsed inner.. I blew through the flow valve , main control valve and the salt spreader valve . changed the return filter. I even added a main relief valve set to 2200 psi. still takes out seals..The pump is a parker-commercial gear pump with an electric clutch..Clutch is straight , pump shafts are straight , clutch is engaged at below 1000 rpms..I'm just about out of ideas..Who am I kidding?? I am out of ideas....Anybody got any input?? Thanks.
