Had a CC Case one time that would run just fine until you put it under load, then it would run real crappy. It wouldn't die, just no power. Took the sediment bowl off several times and nothing. Finally took off the tank and could hear a "clunking" noise as I would roll the tank around. Looked inside and found the baffle between the starting tank and the main tank had came loose and was setting over the outlet from the main tank. Since there was a tube sticking into the tank, the baffle was sitting at an angle so that not all the fuel was being shut off. Had plenty to start and run, just not enough for power. Started opening the valves from both tanks and no problem.
