I have a 2594 case tractor that won't move. The transmission filter light came on while disking a few times but went back out.I changed the filters and filled with fluid, went back to disking and the light kept going off and on all day.Iknew the filters weren't plugged and the ones I took off were clen also.Anyway it started just stopping in the field you could shut it off and wait about 30 seconds and restart it and go on.It did this several times that day,and has continually gotten worse. It at the point now to where it will hardly move.I put a oil pressure guage on the line coming from the charge pump to the main pump and got Zero pressure on it it wouldn,t even fill the guage line.I found a hole in the base plate that looks like it could hold a small screen but there wasn't one in it.I removed the bottom plate and took out the charge pump the shaft coming down from the top that turns the charge pump is good you can't hold it if you hit the key so I believe it's ok.The bypass valve seems to be working fine.So what do I do, buy a $1,800.00 dollar charge pump.If this would fix it that would be good. But if it don't I would be sick, spending all that money and still no tractor.Anything someone could suggest would help. Thanks bj
