There is a brief description of the 884 in the 150 year IH book. Came out around late 1970s, appears to be around 80 hp or a tad less. (book doesn't indicate) 8 speed transmission plus ta for 16 speeds total. Differntial lock and dyna-life clutch with cerametallic facing. All wheel drive was an option.
