I remember as a child my grandparents would or could never come and visit us as they always had "chores" with about 4 or 5 old cows my grandad milked. Even though I had several uncles in the area who would have done chores from time to time to allow them to travel they wouldn't. I always wondered why even with a childs perspective, they never came to our house. We did all the travelling. I did get to visit the farm more often if there was something good from it.
