Find a 2 bottom, 3 pt. hitch plow. I see a lot of 2 row cultivators at farm sales go cheap, 5-20 bucks. If that is the only thing you are going to use your H for, and plant a lot of sweet corn, go that way. Or, pull a small single section drag thru the garden with a Cub Cadet, pre-1982, garden tractor.
