I'm no one to judge but it seems like the trucker made a horrible error, why would anyone ignore the flashing lights of the pick up following the baler? Some folks just get in too big a hurry and can't wait that extra few seconds to do a safe manouvre on the roads. I feel sorry for the loss of a farmer, the pain of his family and , yes I feel sorry for the trucker, he didn;t start off his day thinking he would cause a horrible event...a shame all the way around..
