Couple months ago I was at the New Holland dealer when a Kid 16 maybe17 years old pulled in useing a F 350 and a trailer that had wrote on the side "Hooper 7 Ton Special". He was haulin a TW 20-with a loader, an a 15 foot bushhog batwing cutter. They had a rusty bit of chain an a $20.00 come-a-long run from the tractor to the back of the cutter to "support" it an a piece of rope as a "safty catch" to hold the wings up. The tractor was jus parked on the trailer NO HOLD DOWNS none what so ever. No trailer brake actuator. No light hook up to the trailer. Kid said since he only had come 60 miles he didn't see no need to strap it down. My Mama sez the Lord looks after fools, mebbe so.
