Massey Fergusen - is this a good purchase?

I have recently purchased 10 acres which need to be leveled and has rock out-croppings. I have the opportunity to purchase a 1969 MF 2244 Droit diesel with clam shell bucket and rippers. They are asking $7500. Also need to know if parts are readily available for this piece of equipment. I cannot find any information on the innernet on this model, so do not know if this is a good price. Any information would be appreciated.
