Bottom line about cell phones is that it's a distraction. Not only to the driver using it but to the other drivers and that's an accident waiting to happen. Now to the person who says they can do both ( drive and talk on the phone at same time ) without any problems they are wrong. It will always cause a problem, not always an accident, but always a problem. If you think I'm wrong just do this. Ride down the road with a friend, don't turn the phone on just have the person your riding with put it up to there ear,and hold it like they're talking. Now you just watch your friend driving and other drivers and you'll see just what I mean about being distracted and problems the phone causes. I have two cell phones and I don't think driving and using cell phones at the same time should be aloud. As for times and places other then while driving that people use the phones, I wouldn't but I'm not the one doing it and looking stupid. Just my little opinion.
