So, lets all give up another piece of liberty and ban them while driving....after all, it's only our liberty we're talking about right? Please, no more laws.....lets think about getting rid of a few..... America used to be based on the rights of the individual......communist countries on the rights of the masses...... The biggest difference between capitalism and communism was the individual right to the ownership of property....well, you see how the supreme court ruled on that right? Please, think for yourself....sure cell phones are a distraction....but what about personal responsibility? I'm really sick of hearing "there ought to be a law".....we've already got to many laws......and to many lawyers....... Lets keep our liberty!
