Waterwheels are available commercially. I think the eastern PA Menonites developed the concept. Some are made down there. Does not seem to be any patent. For a link to a distributor goto www.marketfarm.com Cost is around $2000 +or - depending on accessories. I farm a small sw PA farm about 30 miles north of Pittsburgh. 190 acres but less than 10 in vegetables. Over half is woods and steep. Phil
