Hi, just on the off chance that one of you fellas may be able to help me. I have a twin carbon arc system that attaches to my welder to give an electric arc (flame) at the point. It is good for heating steel or even brazing etc as I do not own an oxy/acetylene system. Trouble is that I can not seem to track down any rods. I tried the normal carbon rods that are used for arc/air cutting etc and they just won't hold an arc when used together. I am told that I need +ve and -ve charged carbon rods. Similar to what was used in the old film projection units. Is anyone aware of a supplier of this type of thing? I would love to be able to use the tool again. Thanks from the land down under God Bless, Rex
