One of my friends Cought A guy Stealling out of his Car in the driveway chased him down Give Him a good Beating then pulled him by the feet about 500 Ft down a Railroad track with his head bouncing off ties then told him to set while he went in house to call 911 . when he came out he was still setting where he left him . When law got there they asked what happend to him Friend told law he fell while he was chasing him . The Officer didn't want to know details . They just hauled him off .
