I'm 53 years old. Been a volunteer fire fighter for years and a mechanic and farmer all my life. I've been in places that a lot of people who are not claustraphobic won't even go. A couple years ago, my doc gave me a perscription drug and one of the side effect is that it can cause claustraphobia. I didn't know that and probably wouldn't have cared but, I crawled under a machine about two hours after taking the pill. While laying there it looked like the mahine was comming down at me. Didn't take long to leave that area. Tried it again, same results. Waited a couple hours and tried it again it was better but not good. Don't take that medicine anymore but, when I'm under something, it's not the same as it used to be. Hate it but, living with it. Wish I never would have taken that pill.
