I'm older than most, younger than some, my Dad didn't let me do anything but drive the tractor, 1949 IH H, if it broke, I had to call, walk to the house to get him, so he could asess the damage. Got out of the Navy in '65, had a job in a gas station, made more money than any job in SW Iowa, learned mechanics. In '88, got my first MM, since, probably had 40, only have 10 now, enjoy all, have my Grandads '60 MF TO35 also, my neighbors think I'm crazy, still bale my own hay, no thrower, just me, do my own mechanical work, having a great "retirement".
