Tim, that doesn't seem like a bad price for that list of parts,usually summit and jegs are about the same,I prefer summit,just had some bad dealings with jegs service dept.. get the edelbrock rpm air gap intake,you'll like it.. good luck with the mileage on that 390,we had a fresh 390 in a 74..bone stock other than a mild cam,got 8 mpg on the highway empty.. seen you mention distributor..you can pick up a junkyard electronic dist. from a 302,swap the electronics onto your FE base,get new bushings from ford and you'll have a new electonic ignition for literally just a few bucks,done it several times..alot cheaper and probably more reliable than a new $250 MSD billet..
