Now owned by Briggs & STratton, too many moving parts. Looks to be a part eater after it gets a little time on it. The service is only as good as the dealer selling it, one person pointed out the downside of it was parts and service took a long time to get, other than that don't look too bad, looks a little pricey for what you get. They are also sold under the Simplicity name if you have a Simplicity dealer close by.
