Sounds a lot like the British Fordson Major built from 1952-1964 in England, then in Spain. Perhaps now in India. It was a good and popular product in its time. 61 hp sounds about right. Another Indian company makes a version of the Ford 3000 and sells it as a Farmtrac. It has a 3 cylinder diesel. Ford and Fordson parts are pretty easily available.
I'm glad you sent this in, I didn't know it was still being made.

Earthmaster Project Progress Just a little update on my Earthmaster......it's back from the dead! I pulled the head, and soaked the stuck valves with mystery oil overnight, re-installed the head, and bingo, the compression returned.
