The AC came off now huh? Thought for a sec you were going to enter and exit thru the top sky hatch with a ejection seat lol. Not enough room to hinge lower door inward like the old Egging cabs made up there? Might check around for some thick but lightweight lexan plastic if you got any military surplus places close? It's tough and ridgid but lightweight and would keep weather out.
