Thanks to all who are trying to help. I'm building terraces, 30 to 60 feet long, on the side of a mountain. It's quite steep. Using the tractor I can load materials on the terraces from the bottom or the top. The terraces are three to seven feet wide with trees etc. in the way, so there is no room to manuever. As I said I'm using a 2-wheel dolly but that is so frustrating I usually do something stupid and am laid up for a couple of days. By the 'tone' of this forum I suspected there would be a few BTDTs out there. Again thanks.
