Hmm. Are the stick and diesel presently paired up? Do you have the full wiring harness for the new one? How do you intend to mate it to the existing wiring? Will it fit? How will you carve the hole in the floor for the stick? Just a few thoughts, from someone that doesn't know a lot about it.
