I used a hoist crane in my garage and lifted the loaded tire up and had a hose that fit the valve stem and place a clamp on it. Left it drain in a barrel (plastic is the best) If it don't drain fast enough I sometimes put blow gun in end of hose and put pressure in the tire and it flows again real good ( don't put a lot of pressure in it) Then when it gets down to low for that just tip the tire over and this will get about 95% of it out. At least so you can break down the tire and remove the tube. Hope this helps, Just my way of doing it.
