4020 gas to 6600 diesel???

I have put the later style 404 into a 4020 gas, I have made everything work. The 2 trouble spots I have now, are one what to do with the second port on top of the water pump? second THE OIL PUMP I must use the heavy cast pan but what config do i need for the oil pump??? This is a later 404 engine with the dieselpump up front. Help 309-258-6611 or e-mail me thanks JAY.
