Surely you didn't think for even a second that it was any kind of a legitimate deal. So let's say you are walking down the street and there is some visually impaired person selling pencils. But you see his eyes wandering right or left when a good looking chick walks by. So the guy is trying to scam you right? So do you quit walking down that street and get all upset at the pencil manufacturer or something? Probably not. You'd just ignore it like the eBay situation. But, if you want, don't use eBay, it certainly is your choice but surely you don't blame them do you? What a guy asks for something is none of their business nor do they even care.

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
