For one thing, a 3550 is not 60 hp. It is only 50 engine hp for a diesel (about 45 pto hp). You did not say if either was gas or diesel. Both these tractor have the same engine if they are diesels.
1300 hours is extremely low of a 1979 tractor. Does it look like it is almost new?
Don't know much else about the tractors.
