I recently became the proud owner of a 10' diameter Challenge 27 windmill and am trying to figure out how to hook up the brake/tail fold mechanism. The chain connects to a keyed tube the lift rod passes though. Its keyed so that it turns with the mill head preventing the brake chain from being wrapped around the lift rod. At the bottom of that keyed tube is a horizontal arm that pivots around the tube. What's that arm for and what does it connect to (and how)? Anyone have a manual for a Challenge 27? I'd be happy to pay costs for photocopying and mailing. Thanks, Jack
