When we fist moved here in 95 my son was little and the lights flashed and throwed a breaker.I went running into his room and he was standing there all"BIG EYED" with a screwdriver next to the 110 elec outlet and that is what I think of when I see your lil pic.P.S.the shots stopped at dark thirty,Jack(TN).
