The G & 70's had a plenty fast reverse. The 720/730 has the Granny gear reverse selection.
The clutch is lots robust and long lasting.
Shifting from 4th to 6th on the roll is no problem. Just don't rev it to red line in 4th and expect it to slip into 6th.
