It sounds like a model 15 or 16. Everything later had a box beam and individual trips. If it is a 16 it has the axles over the top of the frame, if it is a 15 the axles are under the frame. Also to my knowledge only the 16 had roller bearing wheels, front and rear. Please check that rear wheel again.
