I was doing some research on the Hesston 310 and saw some of your old posts. I just picked up one from western Mass. I runs great engine wise but I have all the stuff for a tune and oil change. I got the header back on from transporting it. I still have to powerwash it and lube it up. I have to do a little adjustment on the drive belt so it does'nt pull to one side and I'm going to put a new belt on the sickle drive, it was smoking a little. I tried using it but the grass was either too short or the briars would jam it. Do either of you have any idea how many of these units were made? If I can find time I'd like to at least repaint this thing, other than a few minor dings and a little rust the tin is in good shape.
