Go to Auto Zone. They have a liquid that will clean those headlight lenses quite well. I was skeptical at first, but used it on my 1990 Chevy truck and it cleaned them up pretty good. Not perfect, but pretty good. Other places probably have it too, but I found it at Auto Zone.
