I've had them chronically for last 15 years. Had about 6 or 7 by now. The best thing for me was to stop drinking pop. Used to have them every 3 years like clock work. Have went 5 now without pop. I also have them in the same kidney. Doc said peanuts were one of the worst things to eat if you get the clacium oxilate like mine.
