I added a rops to our 1855 about 2 yeasr ago, but it really wasn't for the rollover prtection(although it is a good thing to have) but more for the canopy that came with it!! On a hot day, I love that tractor because it keeps the sun off my head. If you go with the ROPS, try to get a canopy fitted to it too, you'll love it. Donovan from Wisconsin It also makes a great place to add extra work lights to get over the top of some things to really see what's going on. I added 2 lights to the top where the flashers would originally be (kept those on the fenders which are farther out) and they really help vs. the 1 light on the fender otherwise...
