Mark: I turned thumbs down on the 5320 a few years ago because of the power or lack thereof. The 5420 would have been my choice had I not decided to buy something else. If you look at the 5320, it was the top model in the 5000 series to use the 179 cu in engine. The very next step up (the 5420) used the 4 cyl 276 cu in engine with lots of torque rise and reserve power. It put out another 25 or so HP and probably 50 lbs more torque. It was a few thousand more at the time but worth every penney if you're into pulling tillage equipment with potentially high resistance.
