well, I don't feel so foolish anymore, have a wood chipper for sale, buyer #A called several times with questions and finally made appointment to come see it as I'm going out the door, buyer #B calls and offers full price cash and will tow the machine today, I told him I had made a promise to A but would call him afterwards one way or the other long story short, A wants it, puts $100 in my hand rest of cash shortly, I tell B the bad news, A then backs out and also wants his deposit back, B has bot another chipper already, finally gave A his deposit back to stop his whining from now on first cash in hand has it, bring the cash with you if you come to look at my stuff
