He was out of line getting mad if he hadn't seen it yet or paid anything down or agreed to anything with you. You should have reminded him and others that call that you never know as the other guy that says he is committed to buying it may show up and turn it down and then you might be the one getting mad? But don't do that just remind him if he turns it down and then changes his mind it may be gone to other callers in a few days too. Money talks n BS walks lol.
