Farm Credit advice may be OK but DON'T borrow their
money! Their loans have a clause that says the loan
may be "called" at any time for any reason, even if you
are current on payments and they do it . I've seen them
ruin good farmers who are current on their loan
payments.

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
